Quality Assurance
Here at The Fone Clinic we pride ourselves on high quality repair and, for this reason, we employ a specialist team of Quality Assurance Engineers based outside of our main workshops who are responsible for the full testing of all repairs carried out on our premises. Functionality tests are carried out on all handsets prior to despatch and, if required by the scheme, cosmetic checks can also be undertaken
- All repairs are passed through QA
- All re-repairs are passed through QA to eliminate further inconvenience to the end user to eliminate any further inconvenience to the end user.
- We operate QA using experienced engineers with a minimum of 5 years' experience in mobile phone repair.
- Testing is carried out using state-of-the-art test equipment.
- Live air tests are also carried out using active network cards.
- Full functionality is also verified and checks are made but are not limited to the ringer/earpiece/screen/keypad/charging.
- Finally a full visual cosmetic inspection is carried out.
Should a handset fail any of our Quality Assurance tests then a record will be entered into our bespoke database and the unit returned to the engineer for readdress.
Engineers at The Fone Clinic are rewarded in line with their performance and level of repair quality.
